Two situations make this urgent rather than annoying. The car is stuck inside and you need it in the morning, or the door is stuck open and your garage, with everything you store in it, is open to the street. A storm 48 hours out with a door that will not close is a third, and we move those to the front of the list.

What we will not do is use the urgency to inflate the price. The premium is stated up front, the repair is quoted at the same published range as it would be on a Tuesday afternoon, and you approve both before anything starts. Our hours are 7:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 Saturday and 9:00 to 17:00 Sunday, and same-day service runs seven days a week.

If it is not actually an emergency, we say so and book you normally at the lower price. A door that is noisy or slow is a scheduling call, not a 10pm call. A door that will not open with a broken spring on a weekday morning usually is one, because most Florida houses have no other way to get the car out.
