What happens after I send this?

We read what you wrote, come back to you with a price range for that specific problem, and give you an arrival window. Nobody is dispatched and nothing is charged until you have the number and have said yes.

How quickly will you reply?

Within business hours, quickly. Outside them, first thing the next morning unless you have marked it as an emergency, in which case we treat it as one. In the days after a named storm we answer in the order requests arrive and tell you honestly where you are in the queue.

Do I have to phone?

No. This form is enough. Leave a number if you would rather talk it through, and leave an email if you would rather have the quote in writing to read at your own pace. If it is storm damage, a photo of the door helps us quote it accurately.
